Custom Fibreglass Mouldings

Sculpture and Constructions

We have the tools and experience to design and manufacture even the most challenging sculpture and constructions using Custom Fibreglass Mouldings. View our unique custom projects and let our work speak for itself.

Life Force

Sculpture by Craig Blackwell for University College Dublin

Life Force was manufactured using stainless steel epoxy and carbon fibre.

This piece of work, situated outside the Charles Institute stands 6 meters high.

Cone Twirl

Manufactured for artist Eilish O’ Connell.

The large-scale fibreglass sculptures were manufactured using epoxy and carbon fibre finely finished with epoxy primers and marine grade urethane paint.

Water Turbines

These prototype Water Turbines constructed in epoxy resins are sited off the Orkney Islands, Scotland. This project was developed with Open Hydro, currently one of Irelands leading renewable energy companies.

The Turbines were manufactured to a standard capable of withstanding the power of the world’s harshest working environment, the seabed.

Chevrolet Ireland

Manufactured to scale, this extremely detailed car project was commissioned to replicate a working model of the real car, without the interior or engine.

Therefore producing a light-weight fibreglass structure, easily mounted on a roof-top for the purpose of advertising.

Donut

Hyper Realist Sugar coated Donut, commissioned for a Donut Company.

Boat Planters

Heuston South Quarter, Dublin.

23 Blue Boat Planters, produced as part of a redevelopment project near Heuston Station.

Portumna Bridge

This project was undertaken as part of the refurbishment of the swinging section of this 100 year old historical bridge.

A lightweight fibreglass medium was used to replicate cast iron girders that originally furbished the bridge.

Infinity Pool

This was a extremely challenging project requiring extensive structural and mechanical detailing.

The water flows over four edges, producing a visual effect of water with no boundary.

Lighting

Commissioned by leading Irish lighting designer for Microsoft Ireland.

The light was created using a translucent resin, thus allowing ambient lighting to illuminate the foyer at Microsoft Head Office.
